About The XX Health Centre n

Campbell Health Centre is located in the coastal Perth suburb of Swanbourne and provides services for Defence members within metropolitan Perth and regional sites.

n

The health centre provides primary medical, aviation & underwater medical, nursing, mental health, physiotherapy, dental and pharmaceutical services.



Standard operating hours are generally 07:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday.

What You’ll Do n

n
- Deliver high quality primary healthcare, including health assessments and vaccinations or monitor and manage patients in a low dependency ward setting
n
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including general practitioners, physios, mental health clinicians, and dental professionals
n
- Support Defence members through injury recovery, chronic condition management, and preventative care
n

What You Bring nn
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Minimum one year Registered Nurse experience in acute care, primary health care or military setting
n
- Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
n
- Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance)
n
- Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient centred care
n
