Role and Responsibilities: n

n
- Manage all golf course and grounds maintenance, including irrigation.
n
- Plan and deliver course renovations, presentation and upkeep.
n
- Manage turf pests, diseases and preventative treatments.
n
- Oversee machinery servicing, repairs and breakdowns.
n
- Manage chemicals, sand, fuel and maintenance inventory.
n




- Prepare the course for daily and competition play.
n
- Lead toolbox talks, safety and staff training.
n
- Manage the maintenance team, including recruitment and performance.
n
- Develop and manage course maintenance budgets.
n
- Ensure environmental, chemical, water and WHS compliance.
n

What will you need? nn
- Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or equivalent experience
n
- Chemical spraying certificate (or willing to obtain at our expense)
n
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain at our expense)
n
- 2IC/Foreman candidates are encouraged to apply
n
- Driver's Licence and transport
