About The Opportunity n

Genus is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team and support delivery of the Waddi Wind Farm Project.

n

This major renewable energy project requires a quality-focused professional with strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and quality management systems. You will play a key role in maintaining project quality outcomes while supporting construction and commissioning activities across the project.

Your Day-to-day Activities Will Include n

n
- Ensuring project teams and subcontractors comply with company systems, contract requirements, specifications, standards, and procedures.
n
- Conducting inspections, quality assessments, testing activities, and identifying non-conformances or defective works.
n
- Maintaining QA/QC processes through regular audits, checks, and inspections while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Preparing and reviewing quality documentation, procedures, work packs, test packs, and supporting project reporting requirements.
n

About You n

You're a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused skilled who thrives in a fast-paced construction setting and is passionate about delivering quality outcomes.

You Will Bring n

- Experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control within construction, resources, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
n
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
n
- Experience conducting inspections, audits, quality assessments, and managing quality documentation.
n
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills with a high attention to detail.
n
- Ability to engage effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline
