Work Conditions nn
- Full-time position working 5 to 6 days per week, with 8 to 12 hour workdays.

- Primary work location based in Putty and surrounding rural areas, working outdoors in bushland environments.

- In office accommodation provided for working days or a diesel travel allowance available, depending on the applicant’s circumstances.

Responsibilities nn
- Assist the business owner across a wide range of daily tasks on rural properties.
n
- Learn to operate machinery including Posi Tracks, excavators, bulldozers, and tipper trucks.
n
- Perform earthworks duties such as site levelling, land clearing, retaining wall construction, dam digging, drainage setup, and building bush trails or roads.
n
- Assist with property maintenance tasks including fencing, cattle work, wood splitting, and general physical labour.
