Job Description

Phoenix Source and Select in Melbourne's inner city seeks a Commercial Operations Coordinator to support project handovers, coordinate with project managers, builders and suppliers, and keep schedules on track from start to finish.

You will manage site visits, prepare check measure docs, monitor milestones with the supply chain, and handle variations while maintaining strong client relationships in a rapid-paced environment.
