nThe Role n
n

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, as Project Manager you will oversee multiple mixed-commercial projects ranging from $500K to $5M AUD. You will lead a dedicated team-including Site Managers and on-site Contracts Administrators-delivering a diverse portfolio across the Sydney region and beyond and also other states, but from the Sydney office.

This position strikes the perfect balance between operational autonomy and structured support, offering long-term career progression and direct exposure to high-profile clients and tier-one retail brands.

nKey Responsibilities n
n

n
- End-to-end delivery of commercial and fit out projects ($500K - $5M).
n
n
- Lead, coordinate, and manage site teams,



Contracts Administrators, and subcontractors.
n
n
- Oversee project finances, budget tracking, and regular financial reporting.
n
n
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
n
n
- Drive site setup through to final handover and client sign-off.
n
n
- Maintain strong, transparent relationships with clients, subbies, and key stakeholders.
n
n

nProject Portfolio & Work Scope n

- Retail & Commercial Giants: Projects with major brands including Westfield (Scentre Group), Dan Murphy's, H&M;, Best & Less, and major supermarkets.

- Education & Community: Schools, university buildings, and childcare centres.
n
n
- Hospitality & Healthcare: High-end hotel chains, restaurants, and medical extensions.
n
n
- Build Types: Cold and warm shell fit-outs, live-environment renovations, and refurbishments.
n

nSkills & Experience Required n
n

- Proven track record as a Project Manager within a respected commercial construction firm.
n
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued at $2M+ (commercial fit background essential).
n
n
- Strong experience working within busy, live environments .
n
n
- Superior planning, organizational, and budget management skills.
n
n
- Outstanding communication skills with a team-first, cooperative mindset.
