Sydney CBD Full time onsite $80k-$90k + super n

Feedwell is a Sydney food company most people underestimate until they look closer. We started with three people and a kitchen in 2022. Today there are 150-plus of us, running our own kitchens, delivery fleet and software, and we've delivered more than 100,000 orders to workplaces including Google, Nike, Salesforce and Louis Vuitton.

We're growing fast, and we want to get much better at finding outstanding people as we do it.

The role n

You’ll own recruitment across a mix of frontline and specialist roles.

n

And you’ll do the work, not just manage the process.

n

You’ll headhunt. You’ll cold call. You’ll map markets. You’ll build relationships with colleges, TAFEs, universities, educators and referral partners. You’ll work out why a search isn’t producing and change the approach before another week disappears.

One day you might be screening frontline candidates. The next you’re hunting a chef, operations leader, finance specialist or hard-to-find technical hire.

You’ll n

- proactively source and cold-call passive candidates;

- build new talent pipelines and referral channels;
n
- develop relationships with education and training providers;
n




- own difficult searches from brief through to hire;
n
- assess candidates for achievement, motivation, reliability and genuine fit;
n
- keep hiring managers informed and challenge the brief when the market says something different;
n
- improve how Feedwell recruits as we grow.

What you'll bring n

You might be an agency recruiter who wants to keep the hunt and lose the BD grind , or an internal recruiter who wants much more ownership.

Either way, you’re still on the tools.

You enjoy picking up the phone. You like finding people other recruiters miss. You can turn a cold conversation into genuine interest, and when a search stalls, your instinct is to change something -- not just repost the ad.

You’ll work closely with our Head of People, Culture & Performance and have the chance to help build the recruitment capability of a business that is still moving quickly.
