We're looking for a talented full time Fashion Designer to join our Vertical Brands team and help shape the future of ODE, Stylerunner The Label, Liido and Felle.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded Designer to work across a diverse portfolio of brands, creating product that reflects each brand's unique vision while connecting with our customers and the latest global trends.

n

From initial inspiration through to final production, you'll take ownership of the design process — bringing together creativity, commerciality and customer insight to deliver ranges that look great and perform.

What you’ll do n

n
- Research global fashion, lifestyle and product trends and translate them into commercially relevant product
n
- Design and develop seasonal ranges across assigned categories for ODE, Stylerunner The Label, Liido and Felle
n
- Create concepts, colour palettes, prints, silhouettes, CADs and product specifications
n
- Work closely with Buying, Production and Planning to build cohesive and commercially successful ranges
n
- Select fabrics, trims,



colours and finishes that bring your designs to life
n
- Attend fittings, review samples and provide clear direction throughout the development process
n
- Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour and market trends to inform future product decisions
n
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, competitor activity and current opportunities
n
- Manage multiple styles and projects while delivering to key seasonal deadlines
n

What we’re looking for n

You’ll have 5+ years' experience in Fashion Design, ideally within a fashion brand environment, along with a relevant Fashion Design qualification.

- Creative, passionate and constantly inspired by what's happening in fashion

- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of the customer
n
- Confident translating trends into product that customers want to buy
n
- Experienced across garment construction, fabrics, trims, fit and product development
n
- Highly skilled in CAD and Adobe Illustrator
n
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
n
- Detail-focused, while always keeping sight of the bigger picture
n
- A collaborative team player who is confident sharing ideas and taking ownership
