The Role n

- Manage daily transport requirements from order receipt through to proof of delivery.
n
- Use optimisation and transport management systems (TMS) to schedule, allocate, and monitor freight movements.
n
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure capacity, compliance and on-time performance.
n
- Monitor and resolve operational exceptions, maintaining service levels and cost efficiency.
n
- Maintain accurate data including carrier rates, routes and site information.
n
- Build strong working relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
n

Your Background nn
- Prior experience in scheduling,



transport planning or freight operations.
n
- Knowledge of Australian road transport, carriers, and compliance obligations (including Chain of Responsibility).
n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on cost and service optimisation.
n
- Experience using TMS or transport planning systems.
n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
n
- Well-developed organisational and self-management skills, with the ability to prioritise in fast-paced environments.
