The Role

- As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. A typical day will involve:

- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.

- Processing quotations and orders for customers

- Providing a professional and friendly relationship with customers

- Following up on customer enquiries and quotes

- Greeting customers when they enter the store

- This role involves a rotating weekend roster.

Skills and Experience
n

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
n
- Have a good team work ethic
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
n
- Problem solving skills and high level of attention to detail
n
- Intermediate mathematics skills
n
- Interior Design experience is desired but not essential
