About the role: n
Blender Operators are responsible for preparing and processing food products, ensuring that the product blends meets quality standards and is delivered in a timely manner. Duties include safely operating equipment and maintaining blending, mixing or grinding equipment to combine raw materials into finished products based on specific recipes – in line with the production schedule.
About you: n
To be successful in this role, you'llbe committed to providing an accurate and quality service. You will have:
n
n
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment (FMCG).
n
- Physical capacity to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
n
- Proven experience in following written instructions, including but not limited to precision in following recipes and identifying product defects.
n
- Strong understanding and commitment to safety protocols and quality control.
n
- Proven and well-developed problem-solving skills.
n
n
Initial commencement time 11.00am, but will move to a later shift commencement (between 12.00pm to 2.00pm).
