About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Red Rooster, Brisbane Domestic Airport.

n

Cater Care proudly operates the Red Rooster outlet at Brisbane Domestic Airport, bringing a much-loved Australian food brand to travellers every day. This is a fast-paced and customer-focused environment where great service, quality food and an effective operation come together to create a positive experience for every customer.

n

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the Red Rooster outlet, working closely with the team to maintain high standards of service, food quality,



safety and operational performance.

n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has previous experience in hospitality, retail, food service or a similar customer-focused environment
n
- Has robust leadership and communication skills
n
- Is confident supporting and motivating a team
n
- Has a positive, hands-on approach and enjoys being part of a team
n
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment
n
- Has a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence
n
- Is versatile and available to work across a Monday–Sunday variable roster
n
- Holds a current Driver's Licence
n
