Job Description Head of Manufacturing – Botany, Sydney NSW – Permanent Full-Time n

An established Australian food & beverage manufacturer is seeking an experienced Head of Manufacturing to lead its production, warehousing and distribution operations.

n

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will take ownership of manufacturing performance, people leadership, safety, quality and continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Lead manufacturing, warehouse and distribution operations
n
- Drive safety, quality, productivity and cost performance
n
- Oversee HACCP, food safety and WHS compliance
n
- Lead and develop production and operational teams
n
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the site
n
- Manage supplier, contractor and stakeholder relationships
n




- Support business growth through operational planning and execution
n

About You nn
- Proven experience leading manufacturing operations at a senior level
n
- Background within food, beverage, FMCG or a similar manufacturing environment
n
- Strong understanding of HACCP, quality and safety systems
n
- Demonstrated success leading teams and driving performance improvements
n
- Commercially minded with strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvement
n
