Your Role n
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused NDIS Quality & Service Coordinator to support safe, compliant and person-centred disability services. This newly created role, combines both NDIS administration & Quality and Compliance . You will oversee service agreements, billing, NDIS line items and financial processes , while supporting compliance with NDIS requirements and organisational policies.
Your Responsibility n
n
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Quality Management System and maintain quality documentation and compliance registers.
n
- Monitor compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct and organisational policies .
n
- Support internal audits and external audit readiness, including NDIS registration and Assisted Boarding House reviews.
n
- Identify and accelerate compliance risks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Provide guidance to staff on quality processes, incident reporting, complaints and compliance.
n
- Maintain accurate quality, compliance and client data and prepare relevant reports.
n
- Manage NDIS administration including service agreements, billing, NDIS line items, invoicing and financial processes .
n
- Support client intake, onboarding, documentation and system setup.
n
- Visit services to undertake quality and compliance activities and work collaboratively with operational teams
n
- Undertake occasional overnight regional travel
n
- Participate in an on-call roster and contribute to workplace health, safety and risk management.
n
Profile description You Will Need nn
- In depth understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements .
n
- Relevant qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, Business Administration or a related field.
n
- Experience in NDIS, disability services, quality and compliance, community services or a related environment .
n
- Experience with NDIS administration, billing, service agreements and client management systems.
n
- Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities,
follow processes and meet deadlines.
n
- Confidence using client management systems and Microsoft Office.
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
n
