We’re seeking reliable and licensed Security Officers to join our team on a casual basis at Westfield Geelong.

As part of Trident’s retail security team, you’ll help create a safe and welcoming environment while working at one of Geelong’s premier shopping destinations. This role is ideal for officers who enjoy customer interaction, quick decision-making, and working in a professional retail environment.
What you'll be doing n

- Deliver high-quality frontline customer service
n
- Respond to incidents, including medical and emergency situations
n
- Monitor safety risks and complete accurate incident reporting
n
- Assist with crowd management and conflict de-escalation
n
- Support centre operations and emergency response procedures
n
What you'll need nn
- Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Control endorsement
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
n
- Skilled presentation and a customer-focused attitude
n
