Job Description

The Gennari Group is seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our front of house team at Maggie Choo in Broadbeach, a modern Asian fusion venue known for its vibrant atmosphere and signature cocktails.

As part of the Gennari Group, you’ll oversee bookings, table coordination, staff training and engagement, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. RSA is required, with evening and weekend availability essential.
