At ISD, you’ll own your service, maintenance, commissioning and installation work across client sites, backed by a strong support room and a team that’s got your back. You’ll also be set up properly with a fully maintained, well-stocked, ISD branded vehicle.

What you’ll be doing n

This is a field-based role with variety. You’ll trouble‑shoot, repair, maintain and install electronic security systems, plus complete preventive maintenance, audits and reporting. There’s also some pre‑build and commissioning work in our warehouse.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

- Attending client sites to service, maintain and repair electronic security systems
n
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs, including remote support and troubleshooting
n
- Completing preventive maintenance visits, system audits and clear service reporting
n
- Installing and commissioning new and upgraded systems as required
n
- Supporting pre‑build and commissioning activities in our warehouse
n

What you’ll bring n

You’re customer‑focused, reliable, and you take pride in your work. You communicate clearly, you’re comfortable dealing with clients, and you’re the type who doesn’t leave a job half‑finished.

Must have: n

n
- Hands‑on experience in the electronic security industry (field service and/or installations)
n
- Service and maintenance experience with CCTV, access control and alarm systems
n
- Victorian Private Security Registration
n

Nice to have: nn
- Basic IT and networking knowledge
n
- Commissioning experience across common security platforms
n
