nThe Role n
n

This is a hands‑on, site‑based role working alongside our project and installation teams across NSW.

n
n

Depending on the project, your work will include:

n
n

- n

Site welding, fabrication and modification of structural steel

n
n
- n

Installing, fitting and adjusting structural steel components

n
n
- n

Reading and interpreting engineering and fabrication drawings

n
n
- n

Cutting, grinding, welding and finishing steel on site

n
n

n
n

n
n
- n





Rigging and dogging activities where appropriately qualified

n
n
- n

Working safely around cranes, EWPs and other site equipment

n
n
- n

Checking completed work for accuracy and quality

n
n
- n

Working across day, night and weekend shifts as project requirements dictate

n
n

n
nWhat We're Looking For n
n

You’ll be a trade-qualified Boilermaker / Welder who is comfortable working on construction sites and can adapt to different projects and working environments.

n
n

Ideally, you’ll bring:

n

- n

Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent

n
n
- n

Strong welding, fabrication and site installation experience

n
n

n
n

n
n
- n

Construction Industry White Card

n
n
- n

Strong commitment to safety and quality

n
n
- n

Reliability, punctuality and a solid work ethic

n
n
- n

Flexibility to work overtime, shift work and weekends when required

n
n
- n

Ability to work effectively as part of a site team

n
n
- n

Rigging and/or dogging qualifications and experience – highly regarded

n
n
- n

EWP, Working at Heights or other relevant construction tickets – advantageous

n
