OVERVIEW: n

A great opportunity to step into a Senior Property Manager role overseeing a diverse portfolio, with a solid focus on tenant relationships and asset performance. The portfolio includes commercial office towers, a retail complex, luxury high street retail and land developments, with a mix of sophisticated corporate, government and qualified tenants through to smaller local businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES n

- Manage a diverse portfolio across commercial, retail and land assets
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders
n
- Manage tenant enquiries, negotiations and day-to-day property matters
n
- Identify opportunities to improve tenant experience and add value to the assets
n
- Work closely with the Facilities Management team across the portfolio
n
- Be involved in the creation of annual budgets alongside the wider property team
n




- Prepare and confidently present business cases and recommendations to owners
n
- Work with owners and stakeholders on asset strategies and value-add opportunities
n

About You: nn
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial property management
n
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial/industrial leases and legislation
n
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
n
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
n
- Proficient with Yardi software (or similar property management platform)
n
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
