What makes our Graduate Program different? n
Our 12-month structured Graduate Program begins with 12 weeks of intensive induction training, giving you a robust foundation before you're expected to work independently.

We deliberately ease you into clinical practice with a reduced caseload for your first four months, so you can focus on learning, developing your clinical reasoning, and building confidence.

You'll also have:

- Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for your first six months then fortnightly
n
- Monthly coaching sessions with clinic mentors
n
- A dedicated buddy throughout the entire program
n
- Consistent professional development opportunities to keep your learning moving forward

- Regular catch-ups and social events with fellow graduates

- Plenty of regular opportunities to observe clinicians across multiple disciplines

Qualifications You're a soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist who is: nn

- SPA-registered or eligible upon graduation
