Job Description

Kinatico is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to own end-to-end HR programmes across performance, engagement, growth and compliance. Reporting to the COO/AI Officer, you'll shape a people experience that enables the workforce to thrive and stay compliant across jurisdictions.

You'll lead recruitment support, ER matters, compensation reviews, and people analytics while exploring how AI can improve practice. Adaptable Australia-wide work and investment in your growth are part of the package.
