About the Role n

We have a variety of Support Worker shifts available across our services.

n

Shift times and hours vary depending on participant needs , so we are looking for applicants with flexible availability who can commit to regular and/or additional shifts.

n

Opportunities may include:

n

- Morning and daytime shifts
n
- Afternoon and evening shifts
n
- Weekday and weekend work
n
- Longer support shifts
n
- Regular ongoing rostered shifts
n
- Additional and relief/cover shifts
n

n

You may support participants with daily living activities, community access, personal care, developing life skills, promoting independence and achieving their individual goals.

- Adaptable with days and hours of availability

- Reliable and committed to accepted shifts
n
- Willing to work across one or more of the listed locations
n
- Caring, patient and respectful
n
- Confident working independently
n
- Comfortable supporting people with diverse support needs
n
- Strong communicators and team players
n




- Committed to the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
n

n

Previous disability, mental health, aged care or community support experience is highly regarded.

What You’ll Need n

n
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care or equivalent, or currently working towards a relevant qualification
n
- Current First Aid and CPR
n
- Valid driver's licence
n
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module, or willingness to complete
n
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
n
