We will be opening our new display home at Goulburn and due to increasing demand, we have anewly created position of aNew Home Sales Consultant. If you are a highly motivated, and experienced New Home Sales Consultant with a proven track record in new home sales, please submit your application.

Key responsibilities: n

n
- Meeting and greeting customers at display homes
n
- Identify sales opportunities with new clients
n
- Work closely with clients to design their home
n
- Generate,maintain and convert leads to meet targets
n
- Caretaking of display homes
n
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Start and maintain a strong network with local developers to provide house and land packages
n

The successful candidate will possess: nn
- An outgoing and friendly personality
n
- Be performance and results driven with strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
n




- Well developed organisational and client management skills
n
- Willingness to go above and beyond to provide 5-star quality service to clients and the company
n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
n
- Comfort with working autonomously
n
- Prior experience in the home building industry
n
- Demonstrate compliance through local council and housing codes
n
- Training can be provided
n
