We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Theatre and Recovery team on a casual basis. The successful candidates must be committed to the provision of a high level of customer service and quality health care in a team workplace.

n

As a member of our theatre team, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Clinical Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients throughout their procedures.

About You n

You are an experienced perioperative nurse with a solid foundation in theatre and/or recovery nursing and a commitment to patient safety throughout the surgical continuum. You will also demonstrate:

- Current registration with AHPRAas a Registered Nurse.
n
- Minimum two (2) years' perioperative nursing experience in theatre or recovery.
n
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate patient care needs in a surgical setting.
n
- Sound knowledge of infection control principles and ACORN standards.
n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high standard of customer-focused service.
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships.
n
- Postgraduate qualifications in perioperative nursing will be highly regarded.
n
