We are hiring " Technical Business Analyst/Sr. Tech Business Analyst " for one of our clients . We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450+ clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering.
Job Summary
Position : Technical Business Analyst/Sr. Tech Business Analyst
Location : Sydney
Full Time: 6 Months contract with possibility of extension
Essential Functions Of The Job
n The Technical Business Analyst/Sr. Technical Business Analyst requires to work on Financial Crime and Regulatory & Governance projects. The professional must have worked in an Agile environment and solid Stakeholder Management experience.

Qualifications Basic

n

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Required Skills and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

- Examine and evaluate current systems
n
- Identify system requirements
n
- Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features
n
- Document interfaces between new and legacy systems
n
- Collaborate with IT team and developers to produce new systems
n
- Validate changes by testing programs




n
- Train users on the new operation systems and provide support
n
- Ensure deadline and budget requirements are met
n
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments
n

Requirements

n

n
- Atleast 4-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or 6-8 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst
n
- Proven work experience as a system analyst
n
- Hands on experience with software development and documentation
n
- Knowledge of Financial Regulatory topics - AML / KYC / FATCA / MIFID / Dodd Frank
n
- Good functional BA knowledge and experience
n
- Solid knowledge of business information systems
n
- Working knowledge of business software applications
n
- Familiarity with programming languages
n
- Ability to explain technical details
n
- Excellent analytical skills
n
- A good problem-solving attitude
n
