PORTENO Group is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager for Bella Brutta in Newtown. You will lead and support a quick-paced team, ensuring top-quality service and food standards while maintaining smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include staff rostering, training, stock management and cost control. You’ll work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required, collaborating closely with owners to drive restaurant performance and a vibrant workplace culture.
