Candidates can come from Head Contractor or Client/Consultancy Side but ideally will have some client/consultancy side experience.n
nOur client is a leading boutique project management consultancy with an established pipeline across tertiary education/student accommodation projects from smaller up to $60m+. They are now looking for an experiencedProject Manager orSenior Project Manager to join their successful team in Sydney.n
nThe candidate can come from a head contractor, or a client side/consultancy background however ideally will have some client side/consultancy experience. Excellent progression opportunities available and interesting work load.n
nIdeally candidates will have experience on education/student accommodation projects however other sectors experience is also fine.n
Years of experience: n
n3 - 7 years +n
Responsibilities include but not limited to: n
n

- Scope development
n
- Managing regulatory approvals
n
- Design co-ordination
n
- Stakeholder management and liaison
n
- Health and safety
n
- Program management
n
- Contract administration
n
- Construction management of project delivery
n
- Management of site variations and design changes
n
- Cost management
n
- Business Development
n





Qualifications and Requirements: n
n

n
- Degree qualification in Building, Construction Management, Project Management or similar
n
- A minimum of 3-7 + years’ experience in a client-side PM role, head contractor experience would also be ideal
n
- Proven end to end project management skills from concept through to completion
n
- Contract Administration experience
n
- Exposure to program management, managing timelines and critical paths
n
- Experience of end-to-end project management on a variety of building projects would be an advantage
n
- Experience of running multiple smaller projects or larger projects
n
