Outstanding role that would suit a planner whose passionate about their craft.
Helping to drive the issues and options stage of a large complex structure plan this role is responsible for the early stage works leading to issues/options.
You’ll be managing an engaged, forward-thinking client whose energy, idealism and ideas will make you remember why you became a planner, whilst also keeping you on your toes running down best practice, engaging with support consultants as to an ideas feasibility and liaising with councils and other stakeholders to sound out their support.
Your primary role will be leading this project, although you will help to contribute to other projects in terms of feasibility, highest-best use and broader planning work.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified planner, have some strategic planning experience and be comfortable acting as a conduit between the client and the larger consultant team.

Initially a fixed-term 12-month contract role. Salary open to negotiation but likely to be circa $100-110K+super.
