As a Support Worker, you will assist residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life by providing person-centred care and support.
Key responsibilities n

- Assisting residents with personal care, including showering, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

- Supporting mobility and daily living activities

- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
n
- Providing emotional support and companionship
n
- Following individual care plans and organisational policies
n
- Working collaboratively as part of a caring and professional team
n
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements

Requirements nn
- National Police Check
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Aged Care, currently studying, or willingness to undertake
