Job Description
YMCA Recreation is seeking a Café Team Leader to recruit, train and support a small core team delivering over‑the‑counter food and beverage service. You will create a positive, welcoming workplace while maintaining high service standards and overseeing daily operations, stock management and ordering to ensure financial viability.
