n An opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-established business based in Sydney.

n

This is an immediate-start position and could be offered as either a 6-month fixed-term contract or straight permanent, depending on the successful candidate.

The Role n

Reporting into the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- End-to-end Accounts Payable
n
- Processing a high volume of invoices
n
- Supplier statement reconciliations
n
- Preparing and processing payment runs
n
- Managing the AP inbox and responding to supplier queries
n
- Bank and account reconciliations
n
- Maintaining accurate supplier records
n
- Assisting with month-end where required
n
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties
n

About You n





To be considered for this role, you will have:

n
- Financial Services experience is a must
n
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
n
- Robust reconciliation skills and attention to detail
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
