The Graduate Role n

We’re hiring graduates who will finish their degree by late 2026 or early 2027.
n You don’t need to wait until graduation to connect with us—we’ll support your transition into full or part-time work as you wrap up your studies.
What you’ll be doing: n
Begin your journey with a structured 3-month induction and ongoing support
n
Work within a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration and curiosity
n
Deliver community-based therapy and assessments across a diverse client base
n
Learn the ropes of private practice and the NDIS—without compromising client care
n
Be part of a culture that mandates professional development (and funds it!)
n
Receive mentorship and supervision tailored to your goals
n
Grow into a confident, independent clinician with a strong support network
What You’ll Need n
Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy (or graduating soon!)
n
AHPRA registration (or working towards it)
n
Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle
n
A passion for paediatrics and neurodiversity-affirming practice
n
Great communication skills and a love for building relationships
n
NDIS experience is a bonus— not essential. We’ll teach you!
