Job Description

Alpine Health in regional Victoria seeks a Manager - Support at Home to lead care coordination across CHSP & HACC programs, supervising Intake Officers, Care Partners and Service Coordinators to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

The role combines operational leadership with workforce management, data-driven performance, and accreditation readiness in an ongoing full time position, paying $54.70 per hour (Grade 6) with ADO.
