Qualifications & experience

Fully qualified chef or 3 year apprentice

n

Ideally Food Safety Supervisor certificate

Tasks & responsibilities

n

Take a leading roll supporting the Head Chef in running the events to our high standard

n

When there are no events assisting the pastry team in the production and serving of our high tea

n

Taking a leadership roll in maintaining high food safety standards

n

Communicating with all team members in a positive manner to ensure the customer is getting the best possible experience

n

Working in a highly effective customer focused team

n

Increase your pastry knowledge by working with our pastry team on days we aren't prepping or serving events
