The opportunity n
Working alongside the Centre Director, you will help guide the day-to-day operation of the centre and support a team of educators to deliver thoughtful, child-centred practice. You will build positive relationships with children and families, mentor your colleagues and help maintain a safe, welcoming and high-quality learning environment.

What you’ll bring nn

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- n
Experience supporting or leading a team in an early childhood setting
n
- n
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standard and relevant legislation
n
- n
A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
n
- n
Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to children, families and educators
n
- n
A growth mindset, valuable judgement and a passion for continuous improvement
n
