The Opportunity n

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist to join Oroton as we open our brand-recent Sunshine Plaza Boutique in mid-October.

As part of this exciting new chapter, you'll help bring our new boutique to life, delivering elevated, personalised service while building meaningful client relationships and supporting sales performance. You'll bring strong styling capability, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable in-store experiences.

What You’ll Do n

- Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service

- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty

- Support sales performance through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
n
- Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
n
- Assist with stock flow and day-to-day boutique operations
n
