About the Role n

Are you a Sydney-based Building Surveyor or Building Regulations Consultant ready for a career and lifestyle change?
n This opportunity allows you to relocate to Tasmania, join an established national consultancy and continue working on challenging commercial projects within a versatile hybrid environment.

Duties n

n
- Assess commercial building applications and construction documentation
n
- Provide advice on NCC and building-regulation requirements
n
- Review designs and develop practical compliance solutions
n
- Work across hospitals, stadiums, industrial facilities and other significant developments
n
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, developers and authorities
n




- Prepare technical reports and compliance documentation
n
- Complete building inspections where required
n
- Assist clients throughout the design, approval and construction process
n

About You nn
- Building surveying qualification
n
- Registered Building Surveyor or progressing towards registration
n
- Experience across medium-to-large commercial projects
n
- Strong understanding of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards
n
- Ability to interpret architectural and construction documentation
n
- Skilled communication and client-facing skills
n
- Willing to relocate from Sydney to Tasmania
n
