The Opportunity n
My client is a highly established founder‑led property group with a proven investment strategy and operations nationally. This newly created role exists to support their burgeoning hospitality business, which has seen multiples of growth in recent years.
n
As part of an internal strategy execution team you'll support wide-ranging business improvements projects in driving operational and commercial excellence, as well as manage and contribute to future business strategy and planning.
n
You'll work with data and create financial models for business cases (pricing, tenders), capex and valuation purposes, conduct market analysis and contribute to business strategy, and assist in evidence‑based decision‑making.
n
Finally,
you will assist in developing project management tools, such as budgets and KPI reports, to track performance and progress.
About you n
The successful candidate will have a strong academic track record and tertiary qualifications in a related field (such as Finance, Economics, Engineering).
n
We're broadly open to candidates with 2-5 years of experience and some demonstrated skills in analysis, financial or data modelling, dashboard building, business cases and/or project management, particularly those from advisory or consulting backgrounds.
