Qualifications & experience n

- Minimum 4-years previous hospitality experience
n
- Current Valid RSA
n
- Ability to work around a 24/7 roster with varied events combining weekday and weekend events
n
- High volume cocktail bar experience is preferred
n

- Service of premium beverages and cocktail making

- Display excellent customer service skills during an array of events
n
- General cleaning
n
- Service of food and beverage
n
- Engage in training and further learning tailored to the requirements of the venue
