Iconic Australian Retail Group in Melbourne is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead group CRM and loyalty across a multi-brand portfolio. You will manage a small team of three and drive loyalty initiatives end-to-end while aligning with ecommerce, tech and analytics on key business projects.
