This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse client portfolio, grow Assets Under Management, and operate within a fully supported, compliance led framework.

Key Activities

- Build and develop a bank of wealth management clients (B2C only).
- Manage and support a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships through a personalised advisory approach.
- Build continuous AUM (Assets Under Management) by identifying client needs and uncovering additional financial opportunities.
- Conduct in depth financial reviews to identify personal and financial objectives.
- Deliver tailored, needs based wealth management solutions.
- Continuously gather and assess information to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.
- Advise across a full range of wealth management solutions, including:
- UK pension transfers and QROPS, Australian superannuation rollovers, Lump Sum Investments, Fixed-Income Products,



Global Funds (Equity & ESG), Regular Savings Plans, Portfolio Bonds & International Pension Planning
- Maintain full compliance with all legislative, regulatory and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

- Australian Qualifications in Financial Planning.
- Strong sales acumen with proven face to face client advisory experience.
- Demonstrated financial sales track record.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience advising high net worth clients (desirable).
- Knowledge of superannuation, pension products, offshore investments, bonds or fintech solutions (advantageous).
- Professional, trustworthy and commercially driven.
- Ambitious, target-focused and motivated by performance.
