Job Description

CONNOR Clothing in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales, lead a agile retail team, and uphold the highest customer service standards. You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, manage rosters, and ensure stock procedures are followed.

You will monitor store performance, control expenses, assist with training, and contribute to merchandising standards and local marketing opportunities to grow profitability.
