Australian Caravan Centre is looking for a hands-on, motivated Pre-Delivery Team Leader to run the workshop at our Burleigh dealership. If you have strong leadership skills, industry know-how and a genuine commitment to quality service, we'd love to hear from you.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Based at our Burleigh Heads dealership

n

Salary negotiable, based on qualifications and experience

About the role n

n Reporting to the Site Manager and Dealer Principal, you'll lead the day-to-day running of the workshop, keeping it efficient, safe and focused on quality. Your responsibilities will include:

n

Leading the workshop team, including recruitment, training and performance reviews

n

Allocating and scheduling service, warranty, pre-delivery (PD) and insurance repair orders

n

Ensuring repair order (RO) paperwork is completed accurately and on time

n

Coordinating unit repairs and ordering parts, consumables and tools

n

Handling customer enquiries, troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints

n

Conducting caravan handovers with customers when required, including walking them through the unit’s features and operation





n

Working closely with the Workshop Team, Handover team, Site Manager and Dealer Principal

n

Identifying opportunities to improve workshop systems and processes

n

Managing tools, equipment, layout and storage to keep the workshop clean, safe and organised

n

Identifying and reporting hazards and upholding workplace health and safety standards

n

Maintaining current Safety Officer and First Aid certifications

n

Setting the standard for the team in punctuality, conduct and meeting deadlines

About you n

Proven experience as a Team Leader or Workshop Supervisor

n

Experience in the caravan, automotive or a related industry (highly regarded)

n

A hands-on leader who leads by example

n

Solid organisational and communication skills

n

Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a busy environment

n

Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one

n

Safety Officer certification, or willingness to obtain one

n
