Part-Time | 27.5 Hours per Week
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7 hours per day
Friday: 6.5 hours
$39.34 - $54.50 per hour
n Based on experience, subject to ELAA assessment.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to also undertake the role of Nominated Supervisor / Responsible Person , leading our team in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

n

As the Early Childhood Teacher and Nominated Supervisor, you will:

n

- Deliver a high-quality kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
- Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children
n
- Ensure children's wellbeing, learning, and developmental needs are met
n
- Lead and support educators to achieve positive outcomes for children and families
n
- Build strong relationships with children, families, colleagues,



and the wider community
n
- Oversee daily operations and administrative responsibilities of the service
n
- Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- Promote active supervision and child-safe practices at all times
n
- Recognise and nurture the strengths of both children and team members
n

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
n
- CurrentProtecting Children - Mandatory Reporting andGeccko Child Safety Training certificates
n
- A current National Police Check issued within the last six months
n
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar leadership or teaching role
n
- Experience supporting children from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and needs
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standards (NQS), and relevant Children's Services legislation and regulations
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A collaborative, professional, and child-centred approach
n
