- Work collaboratively and professionally in a team to provide high-quality Early Childhood Education and Care

- Develop positive relationships with children, families, educators and staff within the ECEC and Hills Grammar community.

- Respond to the emotional needs of all children.

- Create a stimulating, positive and engaging environment to foster and support the development of all children.

- Actively contribute to the ECEC curriculum

- Commitment to professional development.

- Ability and willingness to implement the ECEC philosophy.
n
- Understand and implement the centres policies and procedures.
n
- Actively participate in the Assessment and Rating process in partnership with the leadership team and ECEC educators.

You will have:

n

n




- Hold ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Diploma
n
- Have completed relevant Child Protection and child secure training.
n
- Hold a current first aid certificate, plus asthma & anaphylaxis training
n
- Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) V2.0 and National Quality Framework (NQF)
n
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Have a commitment to excellence in Early Childhood.
n
- Must Hold a valid WWC.
n
