The Opportunity n

An opportunity has become available for a results driven Senior Clinical Specialist to join our Electrophysiology Team in Sydney.

n

The overall responsibility of this role is to provide expert case coverage to customers utilizing Johnson & Johnson products. The role would also be assisting with training for Associate Clinical Specialists and Clinical Specialists while working with Sales & Marketing to drive commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities n

n
- Provide expert procedural support on advanced electrophysiology cases, especially complex arrhythmias
n
- Lead training sessions and mentor in-field teams, ensuring everyone is at the top of their game
n
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to optimize patient outcomes
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues quickly to keep procedures running smoothly
n
- Drive product adoption by proactively showcasing innovations and benefits to healthcare professionals
n
- Assist with product recalls, complaints, and feedback to enhance future development
n
- Support sales efforts by identifying clinical opportunities and demonstrating product value
n
- Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry events and conferences, sharing your expertise
n

About You nn
- Preferred minimum education: Degree in Health Science or Biomedical Engineering
n
- Preferred industry experience: EP Cardiac technician, IBHRE completed or current with line manager within 12 months.
n
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Clinical role
n




- In-depth understanding of Electrophysiology and catheters.
n
- Signed off and expert in all arrythmias, hardware and software
n
- Solid leadership with an ability to work autonomously
n
- Proven track record of new technology adoption
n
- Pass mark of >85% recert/ASTM
n
