Amana Living is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support carers of people living with dementia. The role is based at our Subiaco Corporate Office, Perth, full-time, 76 hours per fortnight, 8:30am–4:30pm.
You will provide dementia-specific information, education and counselling by phone, written and face-to-face means. You will deliver expert advice and resources to carers, build skilled relationships, advocate for clients, and manage referrals and records in line with policies.
