NWTL Group is seeking an experienced Group Warehousing Manager to lead our Supply Chain teams across the country. This role is based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea on a fulltime Expat basis.

n

As the Group Warehousing Manager , you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Group's warehouse operations, ensuring products move efficiently from receiving through storage, inventory management, shipping and distribution. You will lead a high-performing warehouse team, improve operational performance, strengthen inventory controls, drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective warehouse operations across the Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES n

- Lead warehousing operations across all NWTL Group warehouse facilities.
n
- Drive warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy and stock integrity.
n
- Oversee receiving, storage, stock rotation, picking, packing, shipping and dispatch operations.
n
- Manage inventory control, cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
n
- Coordinate distribution and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery across the Group.
n
- Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs, reporting and operational analytics.
n
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, company policies and operational procedures.
n
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
n
- Lead, mentor and develop warehouse supervisors, inventory controllers,



dispatch coordinators and warehouse personnel to build a high-performing team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS nn
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related discipline (preferred).
n
- Minimum 10 years' experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory management or distribution operations.
n
- At least 5 years' experience leading warehouse or logistics teams.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site warehouse operations.
n
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (Pronto) and inventory management principles.
n
- Proven leadership, people management and coaching capability.
n
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
n
- Sound understanding of PNG transport, logistics and workplace safety requirements.
n
