Parramatta Motor Group is seeking a Customer Success Representative in the F&I; Department to contact every customer lead and explore finance and insurance needs across our dealership network. You will collaborate with Sales Consultants, Sales Managers and Business Managers to guide opportunities from lead to booking.
You will excel in outbound calling, maintain accurate CRM records, and build lasting relationships with customers while upholding dealership compliance and professionalism.
