Job Description

Ideagen in Melbourne is seeking a detail-oriented Renewals Manager to oversee contract renewals in our subscription business. You will review terms, manage renewal timelines, and communicate options clearly to customers to ensure renewals are executed smoothly.

Working in a hybrid, full time capacity, you will collaborate with Legal and Finance, maintain accurate CRM records, and implement process improvements to reduce renewal risk and improve customer satisfaction.
